Tips: how to make good rice for sushi !

Ingredients
- 3 cups sushi rice, do not use Thai rice or long grain rice (you can also use rice round). 
- 120ml Rice Vinegar
- 100g sugar 
- 20g Salt  

Combine vinegar, sugar and salt. Once rice is cooked mix everything together quickly (if possible in a bowl made in bamboo or in wood to get a better taste).  

Wait for cooling and It's ready !
